1. Eligibility & Driver Documentation

• The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid Indian Driver's Licence (or International Driving Permit for foreign nationals) held for at least 1 year is mandatory.
• Original identity proof (Aadhaar Card or Passport) must be presented for physical inspection during vehicle handover.

2. Security Deposit & Refund Policy

• A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 (depending on car category) is collected at the time of vehicle delivery.
• The deposit is refunded in full via UPI / bank transfer immediately upon safe return of the car following a mutual physical inspection.
• Any unrecorded new exterior/interior damage, pending traffic challans incurred during the rental period, or missing fuel will be adjusted from the deposit.

3. Kilometre Limits & Geographical Boundaries

• All self-drive rentals include Unlimited Kilometres within the state boundaries of Goa.
• Vehicles are strictly prohibited from crossing Goa state borders without prior written authorization and commercial interstate tax permits.

4. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are handed over on a "Same-to-Same" fuel level basis.
• Renters are requested to return the car with the equivalent fuel level marked during pickup.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Driving on beaches, sand dunes, or through ocean water is strictly illegal under Goa state laws and attracts heavy police penalties.
• Commercial passenger ferrying or subleasing is prohibited.

6. Breakdown Assistance & Contact
